KONSEP IKHTILAF DALAM PERFEKTIF IMAM SYAFI’I

Abstract
Every human being has the right to express an opinion. in any case. But not in determining a syar'i law. Because every opinion regarding syar'i law needs to go through a process and has special criteria in it. In order to perform ijtihad properly and appropriately, it must be based on Al-Qur'an and as-Sunnah. Every imam who performs ijtihad does not feel the best of himself, including Imam Syafi'i where he forbids Muslims today from practicing taqlid. The priests have different points of view, which causes differences of opinion among the priests. This is due to changing times which causes a new case or problem. In this case the Muslims need a truth about this case. And these priests who do their best to be able to give fatwas from the case or problem. Not only among the priests, but even priests can live in harmony with existing differences. It is different today, which often carries out heated debates in order to defend their opinion until they ignore God's prohibition not to divorce and should continue to be united.
