Abstract

Generation Alpha grows up in a digital environment where artificial intelligence increasingly shapes access to information and learning experiences. This condition requires Islamic education to develop adaptive learning models that address learners’ needs while remaining grounded in Quranic values. This article aims to develop an adaptive learning model integrating artificial intelligence and Quranic values for Generation Alpha. The study employed a qualitative approach using content analysis of 30 peer-reviewed articles, books, and scholarly documents published between 2020 and 2025. Data were analyzed through data reduction, categorization, interpretation, and thematic synthesis. The findings resulted in the development of the PAQ-AI model, consisting of six main components: learner diagnosis, verified knowledge architecture, adaptive systems, integration of Quranic values, teacher supervision, and multidimensional assessment. The model positions artificial intelligence as a learning support tool rather than a religious authority while incorporating the values of amanah, tabayyun, ‘adl, rahmah, and sidq into learning and assessment processes. These findings provide implications for developing more adaptive, personalized, and ethically grounded Islamic education in the digital era.
