PENGARUH POLA ASUH ORANG TUA TERHADAP PENCEGAHAN GADGET FREAK PADA ANAK

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence parental parenting has on preventing gadget freaks in children aged 4-6 years at RA Raushan Fikr, South Tangerang. The method used in this research is quantitative with data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed to 55 parents and data analysis techniques using simple linear regression. The results of the research show that the influence of parental parenting on the prevention of gadget freaks in children aged 4-6 years in Raushan Fikr, South Tangerang is 0.200 > 0.05, this can indicate that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, thus it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between parenting styles (x) towards gadget freaks in children aged 4-6 years (y). As for the level of influence on the R Square value of 0.40% or a percentage of 40%, this means that it can be stated that parenting patterns have an influence of 40% in increasing the prevention of gadget freaks in children aged 4-6 years in Raushan Fikr, while the remaining 60 % influenced by other factors. This conclusion shows the important role of parents in regulating gadget use to prevent addiction in children.
