Bullying remains a prevalent issue in schools and negatively affects students’ social, emotional, and academic development. In this context, Islamic Religious Education teachers play a strategic role in instilling moral values and fostering a safe, supportive, and conducive learning environment. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in helping address bullying behavior among elementary school students. The study employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings reveal that Islamic Religious Education teachers serve as educators, instructors, counselors, advisors, and role models in preventing and addressing bullying behavior. The forms of bullying identified include verbal, physical, and relational bullying. Through religious guidance, character education, mentoring, and exemplary conduct, teachers contribute to reducing bullying incidents and strengthening students’ moral awareness. The findings indicate that strengthening the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers is an effective strategy for creating an inclusive, safe, and character-based school environment.
