Abstract


Management is an activity or series of activities in the form of a process of managing the   cooperative efforts of a group of people who are members of an educational organization, to achieve previously determined educational goals effectively and efficiently. The function of management is a series of core activities, namely planning, organizing, managing, and supervising the cooperative efforts. The quality of education is influenced by the extent to which the managerial process is able to direct all components of the school to achieve the goals that have been formulated. The management function that is carried out optimally has a significant influence on improving the quality of education in high schools. Therefore, effective management is the main key in efforts to improve the quality of education as a whole.
