Improving educational quality remains a major challenge for educational institutions, including Islamic boarding schools. Effective educational management plays a crucial role in ensuring that institutional goals are achieved efficiently and sustainably through the optimal utilization of available resources. This community service activity aimed to enhance the understanding of educational leaders, teachers, and school administrators regarding the importance of management goals and functions in improving educational quality at Alia Islamic School Islamic Boarding School. The program was implemented through training sessions, discussions, and mentoring activities involving educational stakeholders within the institution. The materials focused on management goals as organizational direction and management functions, including planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling educational programs and activities. The results demonstrated an increased understanding among participants of the strategic role of management in educational governance and quality improvement. Participants also showed greater awareness of the importance of systematic planning, effective organizational practices, coordinated implementation, and continuous evaluation in achieving educational objectives. These activities contributed to strengthening institutional management capacity and improving educational service quality. The program highlights that effective management practices can serve as an essential strategy for fostering continuous educational quality improvement in Islamic boarding school institutions.
