Abstract

Racana Al-Faroby is an organization that accommodates Darussalam Gontor University students who have an interest and talent in scouting. In the Al-Faroby Racana organization there are several structures filled by active students from Darussalam Gontor University. Racana Al-Faroby was founded in 2004 and was inaugurated as a Student Activity Unit (UKM) in scouting activities at Darussalam Gontor University This study aims to determine what dimensions of organizational communication occur in Racana Al-Faroby as an organization that accommodates scout students.The purpose of this study is to determine the dimensions of organizational communication that exist in Racana Al-Faroby as a student activity unit organization in scouting activities. This research is a type of qualitative research that uses the case study method. The data collection technique uses interview techniques as the main data source. The results showed that the dimensions of Racana Al-Faroby's organizational communication mostly occur in activities organized by Racana Al-Afaroby. Formal communication (upward communication, downward communication, horizontal communication) occurs at Weekly. External communication through various mass media.
