The Concept of Islamic Education in the Perspective of the Qur'an Surah at Tawbah Verse 122
Abstract
Basically, the Qur'an has not explained the nature of education explicitly. Al-Quran only implicitly reveals to humans educational values in the form of compassion or lessons from its verses. Therefore, to reveal the Qur'anic concept of education, it is necessary to further study the various aspects of education contained in the Qur'an. By relying on the verses of the Qur'an and the interpretations written by the scholars. Verse 122 of Surah Taubah emphasizes that the resolution to all educational issues can be found if Muslims are capable of scrutinizing, investigating, and implementing scientific principles. By doing so, they will acquire fundamental educational concepts that can serve as a foundation for the development of a high-quality Islamic education system. This research is a library research using a qualitative approach. The analysis used is content analysis and uses a descriptive-analytical method. Based on the research, it was concluded that it is obligatory to study religion and be ready to teach it, continue to develop science according to the times. And able to convey the results of their learning to others.
