Abstract

This study aims to provide an understanding related to the perception of satisfaction of parents' organizational communication on learning tahfidz in an Islamic educational institution. This study uses a type of field research (field research) and a descriptive qualitative approach. The technique used to analyze the data is by doing data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. As for the results of this study, there are 7 points including: first, the teacher's communication climate motivates parents and students in learning tahfidz very well because the teacher always gives enthusiasm and appreciation to students, second, teacher communication to parents, the teacher is always a good listener. good and always provide solutions to tahfidz problems, third, the tahfidz learning system is quite good because every information is conveyed as a whole, fourth, the quality of communication management is quite responsible enough, fifth, informal and horizontal communication between parents and teachers goes smoothly and does not awkward, sixth, communication between parents and teachers is good, parents always accept every instruction given by the teacher, seventh, teacher feedback is always giving praise to children who are successful, and giving advice and encouragement when there are children who have not reached the target of memorization .
