Abstract
The development of digital media in how many decades has changed rapidly enough to make competition in the mass media industry higher, online media that have sprung up in this digital era require editors faktaonenews have a strategy to improve their quality. Many emerging online media have different strategies to carry out their own transformation as a step to achieve a media goal, tactics in shaping market positions and achieving the company's target goals, as well as policies in order to maintain commitment to loyal customers of online media and improve the content of the quality of the news itself. This research to determine the communication strategy carried out by faktaonenews editors in producing objective news and to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of faktaonenews in producting online news.This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data sources in this study are Editor-in-Chief, Tangerang City Bureau and faktaonenews. Journalists, with observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. This research uses the theory of new media by Pierre Levy, because faktaonenews media utilizes internet-based new media to disseminate information to audiences as online news media. Communication strategies by the media faktaonenews in producing objective news. The first is the view of social interaction and the second is the view of social integration. Based on the theory above, conclusions can be drawn from the results of field research with faktaonenews, namely: 1. Strategy for Selecting News Issues. 2. News Issue Placement Strategy and 3. News Presentation and Development Strategy.
