Analisis Ketertarikan Nasabah Bank Syariah untuk Menyalurkan Zakat dan Infaq Di LAZ
Studi Kasus Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah
Abstract
Beside commercial, Islamic bank have another role to enhance social function especially to raise zakat, infaq, and shadaqa (ZIS) fund. Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah provides OCTO Mobile Apps for ZIS payment. The purpose of this research is to analyze which factors that encourage the intention of Islamic bank customers' to pay zakat through online payment channel in Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah. Seven Customers of Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah have interviewed to understand zakat paying intention thorugh online channel. The research results show that: First, the quality of the OCTO Mobile service is considered good for channeling zakat and infaq online because it has features that make it easy to pay zakat and infaq, with zakat funds going directly to the zakat institution's account. Second, religiosity is the primary factor driving customers' interest in channeling zakat. In fact, four out of seven Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah customers’ have lack of ZIS literacy and not pay ZIS.
