Musthofa Asy’ari musthofaasyari27@gmail.com <p>This study aims to explore and analyze Islamic eco-theological values found in the elements of the Qur'an and Hadith within the Islamic Religious Education Phase D curriculum, to foster ecological awareness among students. The research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study through content analysis of the Islamic religious education curriculum guidebook and textbooks for grades VII, VIII, and IX. The data were analyzed through the identification of material units, categorization of eco-theological values, and interpretation of their theological and pedagogical meanings. The results showed that there were three main Islamic eco-theological values represented in the elements of the Qur'an and Hadith, namely the values of tauhid, amanah, and <em>khalifah fil ardh.</em> The value of tauhid emphasizes the spiritual awareness that nature is a sign of Allah's power, which must be respected. The value of amanah emphasizes human responsibility in protecting and utilizing the environment proportionally. The value of <em>khalifah fil ardh </em>places humans as stewards of the earth who are obliged to prevent damage and maintain the sustainability of the ecosystem. These findings indicate that the PAI Phase D curriculum has provided a conceptual foundation for Islamic-based ecological education but still requires re-actualization through cross-element integration and learning innovation. These complexities reveal a gap between the ideals of national development and social realities, thus requiring ethical and epistemological references from the Qur’an. The purpose of this research is to examine QS. ‘Abasa through a contextual interpretation approach in order to formulate a paradigm of just and inclusive development. The study employs a qualitative library research method, using QS. ‘Abasa as the primary source, classical and contemporary tafsir works, as well as modern scholarly literature as secondary sources. The findings indicate that QS. ‘Abasa contains universal messages of moral-intellectual education, social inclusion, justice, ecological ethics, and eschatological awareness, which remain relevant across time. The discussion highlights the connection of these Qur’anic values with issues of human development, food security, and national vision. In the context of Indonesia's dual economic system, Islamic Financial Institutions possess distinct characteristics compared to conventional financial institutions, particularly in the management of social funds such as zakat, infaq, and sadaqah. This research examines the social function of Islamic financial institutions as a legal obligation stipulated in laws and regulations, specifically Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking and Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation Number 51/POJK.03/2017 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Finance for Financial Services Institutions, Issuers, and Public Companies. One concrete form of this social function is the management of social funds such as zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf, including funds that cannot be recognized as income (TBDSP). These are funds originating from transactions not in accordance with Shariah principles, such as interest from conventional current accounts or other non-halal income. These TBDSP funds must be channeled for social purposes and cannot be utilized as institutional profit. This research was conducted using an approach based on the theories of wealth distribution and social justice in Islam, by examining the 2024 annual reports of the three largest Islamic financial institutions with the highest assets in Indonesia: Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Syariah Muamalat Indonesia (BMI), and Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah. By analyzing key prophetic traditions, particularly those discouraging confrontation with enemies, emphasizing gentleness, elevating the value of knowledge, and highlighting social responsibility. Saʿīd develops an ethical hermeneutic that rejects offensive violence and positions the Sunnah as a foundation for peace. Unlike classical hadith scholarship centered on isnād–matn criticism, Saʿīd adopts a thematic and maqāṣid-oriented approach that prioritizes the preservation of life, justice, and education as core objectives of Islamic law. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung (di kelas dan pesantren), serta analisis dokumen kurikulum dan buku kerja siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Takhasus Tahfiz Al-Qur’an dilaksanakan dari prasekolah hingga SLTA. Di prasekolah, fokusnya pada pembiasaan dan penanaman kecintaan Al-Qur’an melalui metode mendengarkan dan mengikuti, tanpa target hafalan. Target hafalan dimulai dari SD (5 juz), SLTP (10 juz), dan SLTA (15 juz), sehingga total 30 juz tercapai hingga lulus SLTA. Kelas Takhasus mengalokasikan 4 jam harian untuk hafalan dan muraja’ah. Santri mukim melanjutkan aktivitas hafalan setelah Magrib dan Subuh, sementara siswa non-mukim dimonitor melalui buku kerja orang tua. Kurikulum di SLTP diperkaya dengan Nahwu Sharaf dan pelajaran Al-Qur’an untuk pemahaman ayat populer. Berbeda dengan tafsir yang fokus pada dimensi tekstual, tadabbur menekankan perenungan, internalisasi, dan aplikasi nilai-nilai al-Qur’an dalam kehidupan nyata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berbasis analisis teks al-Qur’an, hadis, literatur klasik, dan kontemporer. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tadabbur berlandaskan pada dalil syar’i, memiliki prinsip metodologis (niat ikhlas, adab, keterkaitan dengan tafsir ulama, integrasi hati dan akal, relevansi kehidupan, istiqamah, keterbukaan makna), dan dapat diaplikasikan secara praktis. Studi aplikatif pada ayat-ayat seperti QS. Al-‘Asr, QS. Ar-Rahman, QS. Al-Hujurat, QS. An-Nur, dan QS. Al-Baqarah memperlihatkan bahwa tadabbur mampu menghadirkan pemahaman Qur’an yang utuh: memperkuat aqidah, memperdalam syariah, membentuk akhlak, memberi solusi sosial, serta mendorong eksplorasi ilmiah. Diskursus relasi gender memberikan warna baru dalam pemahaman ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, terjadi progresivitas yang melahirkan dua paradigma penafsiran yang diulas dalam penelitian ini, yaitu <em>maqasid </em>dan kontekstual. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengulas tuduhan yang disampaikan oleh feminis bahwa ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang dianggap diskriminatif kepada perempuan, dan relevansi penafsiran ayat-ayat relasi gender dengan gerakan <em>gender mainstreaming. </em>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kritis pemikiran Muhammad al-Ghazali atas ayat-ayat relasi gender. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka dengan model analisis data deskriptif analitik. Sumber utama penelitian ini adalah kitab tafsir<em> Nahwa Tafsir Maudu’i li Suwar Al-Qur’an Al-Karim </em>yang kemudian dielaborasi dengan sumber-sumber terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa al-Ghazali merupakan mufasir yang progresif memahami ayat-ayat relasi gender, mengkritisi pengekangan perempuan dan pembebasan perempuan sebebas-bebasnya. Penjelasan yang disampaikan lugas dan memusatkan penjelasan pada aspek tujuan suatu ayat diturunkan. The population in this study is all customers of PT BTN (Persero) Sharia Semarang Branch Office who used website, while the samples in this study were 75 customers of PT BTN (Persero) Sharia Semarang Branch Office who were selected using accidental sampling (haphazard sampling) sampling and purposive sampling (judgment sampling). The data used in this study are primary data collected using a questionnaire. The analysis model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model, while the analysis technique uses the simultaneous significance test (F-test), the coefficient of determination test (R<sup>2</sup>), and the partial significance test (t-test) which is processed with the SPSS 25.00 program. The results of the hypothesis verification and discussion indicate that Usability (US), Information Quality (IQ), and Service Interaction Quality (SIQ) simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (CS). Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji secara komparate konsep nafkah bagi anak yatim dan anak terlantar dalam dua tafsir kontemporer, Tafsir al-Munir karya Wahbah az-Zuhaili dan Shafwat at-Tafasirkarya Muhammad Ali Ash-Shabuni.
