Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation or application of the R2D2 learning model (Recursive, Reflective Design And Development Model) in learning. The research method used is library research (Library Research). The steps in this study are as follows: first, the data obtained by researchers are in the form of books, journals, articles, and references related to the results of research on the development of the R2D2 model in learning. Second, look for information that supports topics related to the theme. Third, reinforce the focus of the study by finding and classifying reading materials related to Kemp's learning model. Fourth, reviewing and enriching, and analyzing reading materials and classifying them. Fifth, do data analysis by examining the data related to the R2D2 learning model, and then draw conclusions. This study found that the R2D2 learning design model can be used flexibly. In Model R2D2 the developer can start from any of these stages simultaneously and can be used in any order. The R2D2 model is more flexible and easier to use. The Willis R2D2 (Reflective, Recursive Design, and Development) Development Model learning design is very relevant for testing a product development such as developing an authentic assessment model, developing teaching materials, or writing scientific papers, etc. This model can also be integrated using descriptive and quasi-experimental research designs for field trials, and can also be used as a medium for developing research methodologies.
