Abstract

The science of Al-Qur'an proverbs is one aspect of the study of Tafsir and Tafsir. In the development of the science of interpretation. This science makes a significant contribution to the development of muslim thinking in exploring and understanding the Qur'an, not least in the realm of Sharia Economic Law (HES). The science of Al-Qur'an proverbs is important to be implemented in understanding the HES verses. The purpose of this research is to explain the implementation of Al-Qur'an proverbs on verses related to HES themes. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative method sourced from journals, articles, and books. The results show that by implementing the science of Al-Qur'an proverbs, it can be concluded that there are proverbs in the Qur'an that contain the HES theme, namely Q.S. 2:261 and verse 275. In verse 261 it is explained about the urgency of infaq for people who give (munfik), that the reward is multiplied like a seed planted grows seven stalks and each stalk grows a hundred ears (1:700), such is the reward for those who inflect. Whereas in verse 275 it is likened/exampled that a person who transacts usury will not be able to stand perfectly, but is like the establishment of a person who is insane because he is possessed by a demon. This shows how big the negative impact is for people who fall into the practice of usury.
