PEMANFAATAN MEDIA APLIKASI AL-QURAN DALAM PROSES MENGHAFAL AL-QUR’AN PADA MAHASISWA KOMUNIKASI DAN PENYIARAN ISLAM (KPI) INSTITUT ILMU AL-QURAN (IIQ) JAKARTA 2020
Technological developments are currently increasingly sophisticated. One of them is by presenting the Al-Quran application as a form of using technology in learning. The presence of the Al-Quran application as an incentive for humans to continue to be able to read or memorize the Al-Quran through gadgets. The Al-Quran application provides interesting features to help the process of memorizing and repeating memorization. The purpose of this research is to find out the extent to which the use of the Al-Quran application by IIQ Jakarta students class of 2020 is in the process of memorizing the Al-Quran. This study uses the concept of technological theory from Gill Branston and Roy Stafford (2003: 422-444). The concepts offered are: first, technological change. Second, the media workplace. Third, digital images. This research will be linked to several propositions in the Al-Quran in accordance with the theoretical concepts used. The first is related to change or innovation (al-Ibtikar) which will be explained in surah Ar-Ra`du verse 11. In terms of differences (Al-Farqu) that Allah explains in surah Al-Maidah verse 48. And finally about transformation (At- Tahwil) or Allah's change conveyed in surah Ar-Ra`du verse 11. In general, KPI IIQ Jakarta students certainly have the Al-Quran application. Technological changes that continue to develop provide a special attraction for female students. In the process of use, female students do not really master all the available features because in general they only focus on the process of reading or memorizing. In appearance, the application is not really a top priority because female students prioritize applications that are guaranteed quality. And if it looks attractive, of course it becomes a supporter and the attractiveness of the application
