The management of Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah, and Waqf (ZISWAF) funds plays a crucial role in improving community welfare through sustainable empowerment programs, thus ensuring the effective and targeted collection, management, and distribution of funds. This article aims to analyze fundraising strategies and optimize program implementation based on practical field experience at Dompet Dhuafa Central Java Purwokerto Unit using a qualitative descriptive approach that focuses on the fundraising process, donor communication strategies, and program management mechanisms. The results of the discussion indicate that the success of fundraising is influenced by persuasive communication, the use of digital media, and professional service in building donor trust. Program optimization is carried out through needs identification, beneficiary verification, transparent fund management, and regular monitoring and evaluation. These findings confirm that a well-planned strategy and accountable management can increase program effectiveness while strengthening public trust in philanthropic institutions.

Strategi dan Tantangan Pengelolaan Aset Wakaf pada Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Al-Intiba

This study aims to examine the waqf asset management strategy at the Al-Intiba Islamic Boarding School Foundation in Ciputat, South Tangerang City. The main focus of this research is to analyze the supporting factors in its management. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results show that the pesantren's waqf assets are used for multiple functions, not only for internal educational purposes but also for broader community empowerment. The main supporting factors are the sincerity of the waqifs and the dedication of the management, while the obstacles are the lack of professional human resources and the absence of a formal nazir institution. This research recommends the importance of building a professional nazir to ensure the sustainability of waqf in the future.

Transformasi Pengelolaan Wakaf Modern sebagai Instrumen Kebijakan Fiskal Islam

This study aims to analyze the transformation of modern waqf management as an Islamic fiscal policy instrument in improving social welfare. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using literature studies from accessible academic journals. The findings reveal that modern waqf has significantly transformed from traditional management into a more productive, professional, and technology-based system. Innovations such as cash waqf and digital platforms play a crucial role in enhancing waqf management effectiveness. From an Islamic fiscal perspective, waqf has strong potential as a sustainable public financing instrument, especially in education, healthcare, and economic empowerment sectors. However, challenges such as low public literacy, weak governance, and regulatory limitations remain major obstacles. Therefore, strengthening institutional capacity and integrating policies are necessary to optimize the role of modern waqf in Islamic economic development.

Pendayagunaan Wakaf Produktif Sebagai Instrumen Keberlanjutan Lembaga Wakaf Al-Ihsan Riau

This research is motivated by the fact that the management of productive waqf in Indonesia is still mostly traditional, influenced by the low professionalism of nazir, limited innovation, inadequate regulations, and the low level of public literacy. The study aims to analyze the implementation of a productive waqf model at the Al-Ihsan Waqf Nazir Institution through a SWOT approach. The method employed is qualitative-exploratory, using observation, interviews, and documentation, with the data processed through reduction, SWOT analysis, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the Al-Ihsan Waqf Nazir Institution has strengths in applying the Business Model Canvas with the Muda ̇rabah Linked Waqf system, although it also faces weaknesses such as the lack of government education regarding productive waqf. The SWOT analysis indicates that while this model involves strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges, the strengths are more dominant. In conclusion, the Business Model Canvas strategy based on Muda ̇rabah Linked Waqf is considered optimal in waqf management, demonstrated through efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, transparency, and accountability, despite the presence of external challenges that still need improvement in the future.

Dampak Keberhasilan Pendistribusian dan Pendayagunaan Zakat terhadap Kepercayaan Muzakki Di Baznas Provinsi Lampung

According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) poverty rate in Lampung 2024 10.62% the need for effective, transparent, and accountable zakat management to improve mustahik welfare while building the trust of muzakki as donors. This research employs a qualitative approach, using focused interviews complemented by field observations to obtain comprehensive and in-depth data. The findings indicate that first, successful zakat distribution and utilization by Baznas Lampung significantly affect muzakki’s trust. Key contributing factors include transparency, accountability in fund reporting, human resource professionalism, and amil integrity. Second, The absence of any of these factors may reduce muzakki trust, leading them to prefer distributing zakat directly to mustahik. The study highlights that high-quality zakat management is essential for strengthening public trust and ensuring effective social welfare outcomes

Evaluasi Kinerja Pengumpulan Zakat di BAZNAS Kapubaten Tegal Menggunakan Pendekatan Balance Scorecard

Zakat has great potential, but its realization has not been optimal due to the limited professionalism of the amil. This study aims to analyze the zakat collection performance of BAZNAS in Tegal Regency from the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard. This research employs a qualitative method using interviews and documentation studies. The study finds that BAZNAS Tegal Regency’s collection performance has not shown optimal results from the financial, customer, internal business, or learning and growth perspectives. Therefore, development strategies should focus more on enhancing service innovation, broader transparency, utilizing digitalization to reach new muzaki, and implementing better human resource development programs.
