This article aims to analyze fundraising strategies and optimize program implementation based on practical field experience at Dompet Dhuafa Central Java Purwokerto Unit using a qualitative descriptive approach that focuses on the fundraising process, donor communication strategies, and program management mechanisms. The results of the discussion indicate that the success of fundraising is influenced by persuasive communication, the use of digital media, and professional service in building donor trust. Program optimization is carried out through needs identification, beneficiary verification, transparent fund management, and regular monitoring and evaluation. The main focus of this research is to analyze the supporting factors in its management. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results show that the pesantren's waqf assets are used for multiple functions, not only for internal educational purposes but also for broader community empowerment. The main supporting factors are the sincerity of the waqifs and the dedication of the management, while the obstacles are the lack of professional human resources and the absence of a formal nazir institution. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using literature studies from accessible academic journals. The findings reveal that modern waqf has significantly transformed from traditional management into a more productive, professional, and technology-based system. Innovations such as cash waqf and digital platforms play a crucial role in enhancing waqf management effectiveness. From an Islamic fiscal perspective, waqf has strong potential as a sustainable public financing instrument, especially in education, healthcare, and economic empowerment sectors. However, challenges such as low public literacy, weak governance, and regulatory limitations remain major obstacles. The study aims to analyze the implementation of a productive waqf model at the Al-Ihsan Waqf Nazir Institution through a SWOT approach. The method employed is qualitative-exploratory, using observation, interviews, and documentation, with the data processed through reduction, SWOT analysis, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the Al-Ihsan Waqf Nazir Institution has strengths in applying the Business Model Canvas with the Muda ̇rabah Linked Waqf system, although it also faces weaknesses such as the lack of government education regarding productive waqf. The SWOT analysis indicates that while this model involves strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges, the strengths are more dominant. This research employs a qualitative approach, using focused interviews complemented by field observations to obtain comprehensive and in-depth data. The findings indicate that first, successful zakat distribution and utilization by Baznas Lampung significantly affect muzakki’s trust. Key contributing factors include transparency, accountability in fund reporting, human resource professionalism, and amil integrity. Second, The absence of any of these factors may reduce muzakki trust, leading them to prefer distributing zakat directly to mustahik. This study aims to analyze the zakat collection performance of BAZNAS in Tegal Regency from the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard. This research employs a qualitative method using interviews and documentation studies. The study finds that BAZNAS Tegal Regency’s collection performance has not shown optimal results from the financial, customer, internal business, or learning and growth perspectives.
