The head of the RA applies strategies such as internal training, creating spaces for dialogue among teachers, and providing freedom to explore teaching media that suit the needs of the children. These strategies support the development of social skills, in line with participatory management theory and Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory. Creative teachers use activities such as role-playing, art, and contextual storytelling to stimulate social interaction. The results of the study show that creativity-based learning enhances social skills such as cooperation, sharing, and verbal expression. Perilaku seperti memukul, mengejek, dan mengganggu teman sering kali muncul akibat kurangnya pemahaman anak terhadap aturan sosial serta keterbatasan dalam mengelola emosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan teknik <em>Token Economy</em> dalam mengurangi perilaku agresif pada anak usia dini di TK Aisyiyah Kota Pasir. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang anak yang menunjukkan perilaku agresif secara berulang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan <em>Token Economy</em> dengan pemberian token berupa bintang sebagai bentuk penghargaan atas perilaku positif secara konsisten dapat menurunkan intensitas perilaku agresif anak. Anak menjadi lebih kooperatif, memahami perbedaan antara perilaku baik &amp; buruk, serta termotivasi untuk menunjukkan perilaku yang diharapkan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti meliputi teknik dokumentasi. Film animasi dapat digunakan sebagai media pendidikan karakter yang efektif dan menyenangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter pada film animasi "Hafiz dan Hafizah" episode “Asyiknya Olahraga", episode "Aku Ingin Tahu", episode "Hafiz Cegukan", episode "Amanah Sebuah Dompet", episode "Awas Ada Nyamuk", episode "Aku Ingin Menjadi", dan episode "Selamat Ulang Tahun Humairah" sebagai berikut: 1) Religius, 2) Jujur, 3) Disiplin, 4) Rasa Ingin Tahu, 5) Peduli Sosial 6) Kreatif dan Kerja Sama. Dari ketujuh nilai karakter di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa karakter yang paling dominan ada tiga yaitu karakter religius, jujur dan peduli sosial. Using the Classroom Action Research method with 2 cycles, the implementation of cycle 1 was 6 times the action and cycle 2 was 5 times the action to 12 children in Group A of PAUD Roudhotul Ridwan Karawang. The result is an increase in the ability to read the beginnings of children aged 4-5 years after being given action with the use of picture word card media. Aspects of beginning reading skills that have improved include: Letter recognition: Children are able to recognize the shape of letters A-Z more quickly and precisely. Mentioning letter sounds (phonemes): Children are starting to be able to connect letter shapes with the corresponding sounds. Matching letters with pictures: The child is able to pair letters with pictures of animals or fruits that begin with the letter. Arranging letters into simple syllables. It is necessary to investigate the use of the Montessori technique in the context of Quran-based education in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to examine how the Montessori technique is applied in Quran Preschools and how it affects the standard of early childhood education. </em><em>Methodologies: This research employs a qualitative approach with subjects consisting of teachers, parents, and children at the Quran Preschool. </em><em>In-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis were the methods that were utilized to obtain the data. </em><em>Principal Results: The findings indicate that the implementation of the Montessori method enhances children's learning interest, supports social and emotional development, and encourages independence. This study examines the integration of traditional games in RA Muslimat NU 23, focusing on hide-and-seek, hopscotch, and jump rope games. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type, this study shows that traditional games not only develop children's gross motor skills, cognitive, and social skills, but also strengthen the understanding of visual concepts, such as colors, numbers, and patterns.
