Manajemen Pengembangan Kreativitas Guru untuk Peningkatan Keterampilan Social Anak di RA Annidham 1 Kalisari
Abstract
This study explores the strategies used by the head of RA Annidham 1 to develop teacher creativity, which contributes to improving children’s social skills. The head of the RA applies strategies such as internal training, creating spaces for dialogue among teachers, and providing freedom to explore teaching media that suit the needs of the children. These strategies support the development of social skills, in line with participatory management theory and Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory. Creative teachers use activities such as role-playing, art, and contextual storytelling to stimulate social interaction. The results of the study show that creativity-based learning enhances social skills such as cooperation, sharing, and verbal expression. Therefore, supporting teacher creativity through effective management is essential to creating a social environment conducive to early childhood development.
