EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM MAKAN SEHAT TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN GIZI PADA ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN DI TK CIKAL CENDEKIA ISLAMI MEDANG
Abstract
This study aims to describe the analysis of a healthy food program for nutritional development in children aged 5-6 years at the TK Cikal Cendekia Islami Medang Lestari Kindergarten, Pageangan District, Tangerang Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this research were Kindergarten B, totaling 16 people and Kindergarten B teachers located on Jl. Medang Kencana No. 1 – 3 Medang Lestari, Medang Lestari, Kec. Pagedangan Tangerang Banten. From the research results, it was found that the healthy eating program to support the development of children aged 5-6 years was implemented consistently and with healthy eating activities it could stimulate children's health, children also began to learn to taste foods they were not used to at home, children wanted to consume the healthy food provided by teachers regularly and the support of the school environment. The role of teachers is in providing motivation and socializing healthy eating so that children grow and develop and are well-nourished.
